I’ll guide you through the entire process
My name is Brooke, I live in Washougal, WA with my Husband, our daughter and two cats! When I’m not photographing weddings, or helping clients plan an elopement- you’ll find me traveling to warm locations or planning my next home remodel.
I can promise you you’ll laugh as much as we’ll create beautiful memories together.
01. Big Wedding or Eloping?
From big vibrant parties, to cozy, candlelit wedding ceremonies. Love is beautiful, and there are so many ways it can be captured, through a hug, a kiss, a stare, a wink. All I ask my clients is to trust me with their memories, and allow themselves to fully enjoy the day.
02. PICK A LOCATION
Haven’t decided on a specific location yet? Worry not! We’ll talk about options and I’ll share from experience what works best depending on your needs.
03. SEASON & TIMELINE
Weather, seasonality and daylight play a crucial role in how your photos will turn out. We’ll discuss together and confirm the timeline for best results.
04. GUEST LIST
Are you eloping just the two of you? Or are you having a big party with all your family and friends? There’s no right or wrong answer!
05. LOGISTICS
Details such as housing, ceremony location, plane tickets, car rentals and other logistics need to be thought-through, confirmed and booked.
06. LEGAL DETAILS
If you’re tying the knot abroad, you’ll need to figure out what are the legal requirements and documents you need to prepare to make this happen.
FAQ
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
There will be travel fees for any wedding that is 2+ hours from Washougal, WA. Just contact me to discuss and confirm.
What if we want something more extreme for our elopement/wedding?
No activities and locations are off the table. If you have a more extreme or unusual idea for your elopement or wedding, I’d love to hear it and see how we can bring it to life. The more details you share, the better we can plan it.
We want to include our dog into the elopement ceremony and photos, is that okay?
More than okay, it’s an absolute must! Including your furry family members makes for such beautiful and fun memories.
How long does it take to recieve the photos after the elopement and how will those be delivered?
Around 72 hours after your elopement or wedding you will receive an online gallery with up to 40 photo highlights, or a 1 minute teaser film that you can share with family and friends, post on social media, etc. three months after that you will receive the entire photo collection or highlight film via online gallery for download.
Do we get RAW Footage from our wedding?
Yes and no. I will not give you the raw unedited images from your wedding. That would be like you booking and paying your caterer for just the ingredients of the food instead of the whole meal. I will not deliver unedited, untouched photos. HOWEVER, I do offer "raw" footage for films - which is the start to finish "uncut" version of your ceremony, speeches and first dances ONLY. The rest of the footage from your day is not included as I will not send you unedited clips (again, this is like asking for ingredients instead of the meal)
What if we legally don’t get married on our day?
That is absolutely fine! Some couples chose to go through the legal procedure on a different day and create a wedding day solely for the photos of video. This became super common after Covid. Its your day, you can plan it however you want!
